Easily one of the area's best Happy Hour's.  It starts early and ends late every day, from three until seven O'Clock, then again from Nine PM until closing.  We've gone there many times in the past few years, and when the change came down from Pacific Coast Restaurants to redo the menu and change the name from Newport Bay to Newport Seafood Grill, we were thinking, oh great.  There goes our happy hour fun.  Much to our delight, the Happy Hour was improved upon immensely, with fresh new items, a no holds barred list of grub, fit for a penniless king!  We eat like pigs there now, and don't look back.  The service is excellent, and the drinks are great.  If you have 20 dollars to spare, you're in for a treat!
